		<description>&lt;b&gt;Yes, if you catch ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Yes, if you catch your dog in the act just say &quot;No&quot; calmly and take him right outside. That way he&#039;ll learn pee=outside.
If you discover it after it happened just clean it up. Never hit or punish your dog! A simple &quot;No&quot; does it. 
Whenever your dog does it outside, praise him afterwards and give him a treat.</description>
